e-repair from Milwaukee
Buy the parts and fix it my self.
buy a bare tool.

i personally would try to warranty it first, the cards are really just a formality though it may help if you have the original purchase receipt if they want to put up a fuss. failing that if i were you i'd just try to get parts and repair myself or if that's not possible due to no parts availability or something, i guess you just have to go out and get another one.

As of several years ago the cards do NOTHING; it's merely marketing. For 5 years from date of purchase you need your receipt, or it's 5 years from date of manufacture as coded into the serial #. So if the tool was built less than 5 years ago you're fine. Send it in and post back what happens.
