I've been wanting this and looking at reviews and everything pointed to it being great. It was on sale for 200 for weeks but today I saw I can use the 15% ace coupon on Home Depot and luckily they honored it and also there was a kit for the same $200 but comes with a free tool (2426-20). So I got my original 2454-22 kit plus the free tool 2425-20 for 200 minus the 15% to my door free shipping. Anyway I want to know if anyone had the impact wrench and if I can get some pros and cons thanks

I've got 3/8" it's a good impact. The 1/4" is pretty much the same thing and equally powerful despite a lower torque rating.

I like mine, though when I picked up a 2654 3/8" M18 I use my M12 a lot less, and I really can't tell you why...

I had the 2454 for a short time and returned it for a 2654. For automotive work, the 2454 just didn't have the torque. The 2654 with the compact battery is comparable in size to the 2454 so I didn't feel like I missed anything.

Is it that big of a difference? Cause I am looking to use it for automotive work and thought the one I got would be good enough. Is the m12 and the m18 that much of a difference?

Going off memory here, but I think the M12 is around 115 ft/lbs., the M18 around 200.

Yea I just saw it. Last question does anyone have the 2654-22 CT? The cr is the compact battery and I wanted to know if it lasts as long as the regular battery or I should just go with the regular 2654-22. Thanks

I bought the bare tool, and use it with a 2.0 AH battery. Can't say I have used it enough for battery life to be an issue.
