Does anyone here have a Milwaukee 2557 Fuel 3/8 ratchet?

Does it have a greasable head?

I'm have a Snap-on air ratchet with a greasable head that lasted more than 10 years. I think its lasted this long because I grease the head everytime I use it.

Just wondering if the Milwaukee is greasable also.

Thanks.

Milwaukee only recommends after 6 month-1yr inspection of the tool in their operators manual...

But there are no grease ports/fittings if that's what you asking

The head would to be dissembled to be regreased

Have it. Love it. Has a fair amount of grease out of the box. It can be regreased with a relatively simple disassembly.

The head on this ratchet is not a good design, it is overly bulky but more importantly, the recessed fwd/rev switch makes it almost impossible to get unstuck if you back it against something. At least with a standard fwd/rev switch you have a chance of getting a screwdriver in to change directions.

Thanks, I did buy it and will keep the parts diagram for future reference when its lubed.
Still think it would have been better if the head had a grease fitting.
