Picked up the 7 amp 4.5" Milwaukee $59 angle grinder at HD today. My HF one kicked the bucket lastnight - even after replacing the brushes. This is just a secondary lighter duty grinder for me. I have a heavier metabo that I like, but a lightweight one is nice for smaller duty. The milwaukee gets great reviews so we'll see. The tool-less adjustable shield seems a little cheesy with that spring design but I think it'll be alright. I had a dewalt that vibrated like hell and was noisy as anything so that was returned and replaced for one of those HF 15 dollar drill master POS. Lasted me 8 months of medium duty. Id say I got the moneys worth.
