I have had an M18 brushless badsaw for a few years, and made a habit of buying Milwaukee blades. I thought the last batch must have been way off spec so when I used one from latest purchase found that after just a few minutes cutting mild steel stock I had the same totally dulled teeth I have had before. Anyone find a source of industrial quality blades for these things??????

VERY disappointed in Milwaukee on this count. Did not want to lose answer in Mil permathread, so stands on its own as something others could find worthwhile.

I am kicking myself HARD. Bought a new blade for my 3/4" saw a few years ago, and literally thousands of cuts later it has finally lost too many teeth near the weld. So long ago I can't remember where I got it, what brand. Best blade I have ever used in anything. My Doall came with what's left of a blade welder but not sure I will put it together.

As an intermittent user, I switched from Milwaukee to Morse. My last two MKEs lost all their teeth tryin to start a job, the Morse finished the ten cuts problem free.
