In general LI batteries do not perform well when cold. Philly cold is not all that cold so your likely OK.

Yeah it's fine. I've had my 2763 and a 4.0 battery in my truck box for nearly a year. I mighta swapped the battery once for good measure, can't remember. If it's holding a charge you're fine. It's single digits this morning as I type this.

The cold won't hurt the battery, if that's what you're wondering. But it will lower the amount of energy you can pull from the battery while cold.
If you're not concerned with getting the most out of a charge, then don't worry.

Milwaukee's website says that their batteries perform in climates below 0F/-18C.

Though I have wondered about the effects of battery storage in cold temps.

From my experience with Milwaukee batteries, they lose charge in the cold and I wouldn't suggest keeping them in a cold environment unless there's no other choice. The older the battery the worse it is.
