Milwaukee Drill - Clutch Replacement

I have one of the newer Milwaukee drill / driver sets with the M18 batteries, standard brushed motor that I got a few years ago and use regularly. Well, it seems that on the drill, the clutch went bad. The motor works fine and spins but the chuck won't. Also hear some mechanical noise / rattling in there as well. I suspect it's the clutch between chuck and motor.

How do you go about replacing this? Is it a serviceable component and where to find? I've replaced chucks on one of my much older Milwaukee drills. This is a nice drill and pretty much my go-to, but I don't want to give up on it just yet, as it's only about 3 years old...

Sorry for the abnormally large pictures...

I know there's a lot of Milwaukee tool fans out there so any thoughts?

Thanks,
Adam

I would give them a call, they may want it back to see what failed, but sounds like a gear may have failed more than the clutch. because I was thinking when your turned it all the way to the little drill mark on the clutch adjustment it locked out the clutch part of the drill.

Thanks for this! Was a DUH moment, as I realized that I work about 5 mins away from the Milwaukee Tool HQ, where they also have a service center. I'll drop it off this week! Was purchased in 2011 so is easily under warranty coverage.

Thanks,
Adam
