I have a Milwaukee 1620-1 drill - big heavy duty sucker - that was given to me by a friend's father who is a retired master electrician. One of those "if you can fix it it's yours" deals. (I fixed his other monster drill for him a few years ago so I guess he figured he owed me one.) According to him it was his first drill that he used for drilling through framing to run conduit and cable. It actually died in my hands a few years ago while helping him and my friend wire up a new shed. I believe that the power switch is dead as it is very hard to pull and doesn't feel right. I have located the part but I also am somehow missing the pipe handle for it, which is also discontinued. I believe that it is simply a piece of black iron pipe with a grip on it, well I don't really need the grip, or if I do I can go to the bike shop and get one, I just don't want to break my arm if something catches. Anyone know what size pipe I need? I don't have anything laying around for reference, I'm going to have to go to the store and buy some. (I know that measuring with a ruler is not going to give me the nominal size of pipe, e.g. 3/4" pipe is actually significantly bigger)

Thanks!
