Milwaukee Fuel 3/8 impact

So when and where is the best time and place to buy the fuel 3/8 impact?
I am now looking for one and trying to get the best deal I missed the home depot specials and kick myself for it. So now I am not in a big hurry to buy so i can wait for a good deal. I see right now alot of venders are offering freebies with the non fuel product but the fuel has no specials. Do they come around every so often or are they like a once a year thing.

Home Depot price online is same as every where else so not sure about clearance

also would you buy a reconditioned one from cpomilwaukee.com they have one with the 4.0 for the price of new with 2.0 batteries but says it only has a 1 yr warranty
