I was using my new milwauke 18v fuel to install flooring in a lowboy trailer. About an hour into the project something striped out inside. It will still turn without a load but as soon as I try to drive the torx screws it will not even begin to turn the bit. Has anyone had this happen. I'm really disappointed. I expected more from milwaukee. I guess back to home depot

if it has a 1 - 2 speed selector on the top make sure its in either hi or low gear/speed not in the middle... my m12 drill has done that on occasion

Yup I use a fuel at work and at home and love the things. Take abuse and keep on going in my experience. I'd contact the manufacturer and see what they'll do.

Make sure it's not the bit or your bit holder. Had a friend return his 20v max thinking the same thing and was about to return the replacment until I pointed out the impacting rounded off his bit holder.

Milwaukee has been awesome with us and getting tools warranted, talk to your dealer about sending it in for repairs.
