Why hasn't milwaukee came out with an framing nailer. They have every other tool imaginable. Even ryobi has a finish and a framing nailer. What's up with that

Agreed. Drop 'em a note at milwaukeetool.com

I want a nibbler now too after seeing Makita has one. And I've been asking for a line trimmer for a long time....

Well, Milwaukee has never made nail guns, ever. So I think that it would be a bit hard for them to step into the game this late, especially when so many other competitors out there are doing very well at it. For example, Porter Cable, Hitachi, Senco, Paslode, etc.

I did email them. and was told that at the time. they had no nail gun plan's as of now, but did say if the market made a push in that direction you may never know. now I guessing it's been close to a year so maybe everyone should email asking for them,

That's funny. I have a 15 gauge nailer in my garage. Runs off of air not battery.

I never understood this stance.

They have one of the greatest breadth of tools in the cordless tool industry, yet "need to see demand" before they make a nailgun? The point is to create an all-encompassing brand, no? All the tools are meant to complement each other being on the same platform, so I don't see how this one tool needs to see a large pent up demand before they make it, while say a blower, a vac, or a 4th iteration of SDS gets the green light.

WERD. They've got more PEX expanders on the front page of the cordless stuff, too, clearly labeled "new," but they've had at least one PEX tool for a long time. I admire their commitment to specialty trade stuff, but what are you gonna sell more units of in terms of shear volume? A PEX tool or a framing nailer? I hope the answer is obvious....

I agree 100% when almost everything you build in your tool line depends on construction in one way or another, how do you say a framing nail gun is not justified. but turn around and build 3 different inspection camera's that all do the same thing

I stand corrected! I'm not a Milwaukee tool owner (besides a reciprocating saw), so I don't follow their tool releases. Funny, as I haven't once seen their finish nailers in-store or online prior to searching a little while ago. Not a hot seller?

Not a hot seller, no. They are great guns though. I own their roofing nailer and their brad nailer and love them both.
