Professional use every single day, hands down the best tool I've bought. I have the standard M12 one (with a Snap-on boot), not the new Fuel model.

Main complaints you'll read are lack of power (you need to manually break a lot of fasteners loose before spinning them off) and people "feeling like" the ratchet will break when manually cranking on it (I haven't heard of one breaking yet, and I've reefed the hell out of mine).

I bought one recently and should have done so sooner. Much sooner. I looked at the Fuel ratchets and then purchased a Gen 1 off eBay because it weighs less, has a smaller head, and it's less expensive.

Will buy another one if this one fails. Took me a while to get in the habit of grabbing it first (before a regular 3/8” ratchet). The M12 ratchet and impact have changed the way I work.

i have a m12 fuel 3/8 ratchet, it's a few years old and it's probably the most used tool in my garage. the size/weight/power is perfect in my opinion!

Im really looking at grabbing up one too, its a very convenient tool. Looks ideal for changing belts with treaded adjusters, working on front cover assemblies ect.

But im going to purchase a m18 Midtorque first tho.

Amatuer/DIYer. I have one, and don't use it as much as I thought I would. Its an excellent tool, but I'm not working on time. Its torque is on the low side, so I find when break a fastener loose I just keep going vs switching to the M12.

Think I've had mine for a couple of years and man does it come in handy in tight spots. I'd get the 1/4" too if it was smaller overall/

I have been using my fuel 3/8 ratchet professionally since xmas when I got it. At first I thought the weight was going to be a problem but when using it I don’t even notice it. The power is amazing. One of the guys at my shop has the brushed version and ordered the fuel when he tried mine out. I can’t say enough good things about it.

He shouldn't have tried it.
I have the brushed version, I will never try any of the fuel ones. It would be nice if they introduced an impact type or impact hammer.

There is a huge Milwaukee thread on here,my opinion is that it's an over priced nut spinner.
