If you get the M18 Fuel Combo kit you get a $150 credit towards an additional cordless tool. Some people seem to be able to get a tool under $150 and just get the extra amount off the total (so they buy a combo kit and a $30 tool and get $120 off the total), but at my Home Depot the additional tool had to be at least $150 (or you had to get multiple tools to add up to at least $150)

The one thing I'll point out is that's the standard M12 Hackzall and not the M12 FUEL Hackzall. Depending on what you are wanting to do with it that might matter.

Havent used the FUEL one yet, but I have both the M12 and M18 non-FUEL Hackzalls. Love them both. They both serve their purpose.

For $99 and getting 2 batteries, a drill, and a charger, plus a tool bag.... It is a steal. I got it for $67 with the promo, so I am happy.

For 67$ it's absurd. What did you buy with it to get that?

Buy the Dewalt kit with it, receive the $150 off promo, return the Dewalt kit.

It's the good tool bag too, the one with pockets on the inside. It's also long enough to fit a Sawzall.

I thought it was a good deal, I bought it last weekend at $100. The same drill with a plastic case and two 1.5 Ah batteries is $100. So you trade the blow molded case for a canvas case and a hackzall.

.... Returned a dozen at one time (last year during this promo), that's the only time I got a little questioning lol. You won't get any questioning by returning 1 or 2 at a time.

Yeah, I've seen this combo at $89 in-store. I think this is a great deal for those who are getting into the M12 stuff. If you decide to upgrade to Fuel down the road you can always sell your old ones or keep them for use by a helper.

Interesting enough, I started with Bosch 12v stuff several years ago, but little by little I have switched over to Milwaukee M12. There are a ton more deals to be had, both new, and at pawn shops.

I changed all of my Rigid and Bosch tools over to Milwaukee last year, using this promo.

Love all of the tools...the M12 Fuel stuff is spectacular, I actually havent used my M18 Fuel stuff very much because the 12V is so good.

This deal is a great kit to get started with the M12 stuff. Also note that some Home Depots are clearing out the M12 Fuel 1/2" hammer drill kit....that will give you the drill, a 2.0ah pack and a 4.0ah pack.

I'm going to try out out and I'll let you know if it still works. It says the 150 off at purchase but doesn't give it to each item, just an overall deduction.

I don't get it, unless you're buying and reselling, but then there isn't enough margin after shipping and ebay fees. Is your local craigslist market really just that populated with tool buyers, or am I missing something?

LOL 77ford has everything. I'm not sure if he is selling any but he got some pretty good deals on the toolbox that I can't get any :(:(:(

Anyhow, Ebay is flooded now that's why the margin is so low. I bought a new set of Makita kit and ended up with extra batteries. It has been over a month and nothing is sold LOL I guess either someone comes along and takes them or I will have to start finding more things to fix around the house before they go bad.

It seems like different stores clearance different items, even if they both have the same item in stock. I was at one store and they had the XPH07M Makita drill marked down to $150, and then I was in a store just 30 miles over and noticed that same tool was marked at $299.

Received my M12 and M18 kits with discount and returned M18 ( I don't really need any more M18 tools) today to HD. Came back home and opened the M12 kit and was a little disappointed. I know Milwaukee has good CS it's just something else I have to do.

I like the smaller hackzalll but it vibrated like crazy. I have the same in the M18 and it has been great and doesn't vibrate like the M12. Is this normal? Also, the M12 drill LED light stays on all the time. The part of the drill the chuck is attached to is out of round too.

I've had and used Milwaukee tools at home and work for a number of years and with the exception of one I had to return, which they replaced, the quality has been good. Has anyone else experienced the quality of their power tools deminishing lately?

My drill light stayed on for a while, but then I think it turned off. Didn't try the hackzall out at all. I'll have to look at my drill's chuck too, im curious
