I was using my sawzall and the battery came apart where the screws hold it together. Milwaukee says they don't have replacement shells. Any solutions other that tape or Gorilla glue?

Haven't tried it but aftermarket cases are available such as this. I should order one I have a M18 that's held together with 3M electrical tape lol...

The super glue or epoxy solution isn't a bad one by the time that fails the batteries will be spent anyway.

Not all those generic battery cases are the same as far as fitment. Some you can drop genuine M18 interals straight in. Some you can swap out just the top cover. Some don't fit genuine M18 at all. Luckily none of mine have broke & I have not had to do this so no idea what to look for when buying them.

If it were me, I'd probably search for a defective used on ebay for the case or try my luck finding one at your local HD or Lowes that people might have turned in for replacement. Depending on your store some workers are cool & will let you take them for free.

Depending on how it broke, I would try epoxy but not CA/super glue. In my case the glue would probably fail first. I have M18 batteries from 2015 that are still working fine & are still in constant use.

If it were mine, I'd put JB Weld in the screw holes, oil the screws, and put them after 30 mins or so, then pull them out after 24 hours. It might work, and the screws may work in the future. If you think you won't need screws, don't bother with oil, waiting and removing the screws.

I would not try to try to glue the perimeter of the shell.
