Thanks. I was just checking out various Fuel sets yesterday. There are some specials on and some to come over Father's day, but I don't think you can beat that.

Did a quick google and can't find a price anywhere close to that even in the USA. And that's $239 in our worthless Canadian Pesos. Works out to about $190 greenbacks.

Shows to go you that you can't stop and think 2wice about these kinds of deals.

I've settled on a 12v Fuel set that has a hammer/driver/drill, a 1/4" impact driver, one 2.0 ah slim battery that fits up in the grip, one 4 ah battery that allows the tool(s) to stand on the battery and one charger. Not the very best you can get but a good value at what I thought was in-store at under $250.

The reason I landed on this combo was that I don't run guns all day anymore and the smaller battery allows either tool to comfortably fit in a tool pouch. They are lightweight and powerful for their size.

But I don't need to review these as the GJ has tons of info on Milwaukee cordless tools. To each his own.

How can I have missed it when FD hasn't been yet? I can't find that deal on A. Are you sure that what you're talking about is both tools?

Shows 0 in stock at my store but I'll go by tomorrow to make sure. It's a great price and I've been looking for a Milwaukee combo.

I have a photo I took awhile ago at the store when it was $299 and I thought it was a great deal then.

Couldn't find it local, did find a 2 pack of 1.5 batteries for 88$ but don't need them.

Showing up as $299 in my closest store as well. Also, this has the compact batteries...I think the US kit has the 4.0. Does anyone know if hd Canada takes the Lowe's 10% coupons? I'm guessing no. Also tax would be higher than us sales tax I'm guessing.

In Canada I have only seen the xc 2.0 batteries. I have yet to see the 4.0 batteries.
