I was having a hard time finding a use for the MaxBites. They're mostly intended to grab hex heads. But if you've ever done u-joints you know you want to press out the first cup just enough while leaving the opposing cup barely engaged.

The first cup can also often be twisted out after you get it pressed a ways, if you can grab it well. Generally Channelocks work fine but the MaxBites lock and do a great job.

Not a must-have, just helpful

Old timer showed me a trick a while back. Once you get the cup part way out then take an air hammer with a blunt tip and hammer the cup and it will walk itself right out. Works great.
