Milwaukee or Metabo?

I have a couple Mil red ones, never liked the feel all that well. My chgoice anymore is Walmart B&D 7750. 30$ and about 95% as good as any grinder made.

Glad to see these pics... Short story: I needed a new corded drill some months ago, went to the local Bauhaus. I wanted a "made in germany" drill. So, Bosch was made in Hungary, Makita was made in Ireland, AEG was made in nowhere (no COO on package or tool), and Metabo was made in Germany. Metabo was too expensive, but i thought "don´t be cheap" and took it home. Just to discover that the "made in Germany" was missing on the label...so the displaymodel was from a different batch than mine. And probably a shut down factory line in Germany in the timelapse between..

the single speed models are imported already since a year or so.
2 speed models still made here. afaik the parts are made here and assembled in China so your drill still consists of german parts.
