It would sure have value in my shop!

The dual-speed motor is great. Not many are set up that way. If it were mine, it would have an externally-mounted DPDT switch to change between the two speeds.

The speed changes between 50 and 60 cycle power, so it isn't a two speed motor. True two speed motors have separate windings for each speed, which makes for a bulky motor housing.
