ebay is the best but wait over the weekend for a 15% coupon, my crystal ball is cloudy but it's been a while and they traditionally do one near thanksgiving

If anyone still wants a rolling packout setup, I'd recommend Ace Hardware for the rolling bottom part at $90 (reg $120) and two of the large ones at $60 (reg $80) each for a lot of capacity. It's only $10 more than the standard setup with a difference of a large packout instead of a small organizer. Free shipping, too.

Rakuten gives you an additional 5% off.

I did the same and then just got an email for free shipping over $99 today after I paid shipping last night... so I just ordered it again and I’ll call them Monday and cancel the first order. That saved $10.40 shipping
Argh, same here, just paid shipping yesterday. Do you know if tool up will actually cancel the order?

Me too, but mine was $129 with tax. This is my second 3/8” stubby, my first one is living in my “away” toolbox in my buddy’s car shop.

I decided against the M12 die grinder for now. For as infrequently as I use one I’ll just use my pneumatic die grinder if needed and save the $139.

Ya death and taxes are inevitable :lol_hitti

I had to pay $8.47 in sales tax also on my purchase so the honest out the door price was $124.58. Still that's a far cry from the original $179 list.

Haven't found the right deal I want anywhere yet even with certain promo discounts on the 2438 polisher/sander though. Mostly looking at either an XC kit or bare tool

I searched but didn't see anything recent.

Any BF / CM Deals you guys see on the tool only:

M12 Compact Inflator 2475-20
M12 Fuel Hackzall 2520-20

I prefer tool only. I saw a recent post on the Hackzall but it was with another charger, bag and two batteries for $159 (now $179 at Acme)

Thanks for that!

I ordered the 0882-20 hand vac with this. This will be my first M18 tool; I have a Bunch of M12 stuff already.

Well, I'm waiting to see the oucome. I rec'd the bare tool today (btw: NOT discreetly packaged) but no sign of the starter kit. Will be trying to contact CPO for correction. I see that the starter kit is now sold out....and my order history is blank. I'm assuming they're swamped...should have resolution in a couple days.

I think that's a contributing reason there were few amazing BF deals. The economy is good, people are buying anyway, so why discount? Case in point, I bought anyway. An M18 fuel hackzall for $105, an M18 fuel impact for $76, a HO 3.0Ah for $50. None of them great deals.

Oh I’ve no complaint. The starter kit is a decent deal for -zero- bux. I think the clicks simply outran the shelf stock on them. I’m certain they’ll simply ship the kit as it comes in. No biggie.
Note that it was on the porch in all its Milwaukee red boxed glory... something to consider these days.
I’m starting to think I should have all pkgs “held at FedEx location” for safety.

best price on Milwaukee 3/8 fuel ratchet 2557-20 ?

toolup.com has it for $150 plus Mil25($25 off), then $11 shipping makes it $136. I can get it cheaper on ebay nib shipped.

I ordered this today from toolup.com for $125 total shipped, since they added free shipping over $99 today.

I dont think I could find a better deal on this one. I'll save the ebay 15% off for something else if I get it.

I already have the 1/4" fuel ratchet and I really like it. I got this one so I can put my 3/8" air ratchet away. If I like the fuel 3/8" I may have to find a deal on the 1/2" fuel ratchet. I was looking at the specs on the ratchets and compared them to the $napon ratchets and they were just in the middle of all the specs.. as far as torque and rpms go. So basically its more rpm but less torque or less rpm and more torque.

Inflator only is $70.95 at ToolUp

M12 Fuel Hackzall tool is over $140 but can get $25 off

XC Kit still has free 6.0 battery offer should be only $140 if MIL25 promo applies

Today is free shipping

Can anyone point to a currently active deal that gets me into the M18 platform the cheapest? These package deals get quite confusing.

Guess it depends what you tools want...and how much you want to spend

AND without piecing something together from various online sources

IMO probably the cheapest option to start with is a single tool offer right now, like a brushless drill or impact kit for only $99

Multi-Tool kit is also only just $99

All have a dual voltage charger, a single battery and a storage bag

Though a brushed drill and impact kit is only $149 so two tools and two batteries along with charger and storage bag makes it slightly better price

RA drill kit (1) battery/charger & hard style storage box is like a buckforty :dunno:

Got start somewhere then can easily add more thru bare tool only buys or get free battery/tool offers with additional purchases. etc

One of the guys here turned me onto the best tool deal IMO.

It is the 4 Tool packout kit. I was switching from Yellow to Red, so needed everything.

The Packout has 4 awesome Tools, all Fuel with 2 nice batts and a charger.

I got it at Acme on an 11% off deal.

$499 - 11% = $444 no tax and Free shipping

Sold the Packout for $75

$444 - $75 = $369 for (2) 5ah XC batts, Charger, Fuel 18v Hackzall, Fuel 18v 4 1/2" Grinder, Fuel 18v Hammer drill, Fuel 18v Impact driver. All the best offered in their categories and newest versions.

Then I've been adding the other single tools as sales came up.

$369 for 2 Batts and four essential tools is pretty good IMO.

I need basically everything, so the tool combination really doesn't matter to me unless it's some obscure tool. Looking to eventually acquire drill, 1/2" impact, 1/2" driver, sawzall, circular saw, LED light of some kind, angle grinder, etc. And I forgot to mention that the tools must be Fuel in any kit that I buy.

I'm in the same boat - replacing old Dewalt 18v. I'll check into that deal, thanks.

Well if it just that you want I'd go buy the larger 7 tool Fuel kit and be done with it :lol_hitti

Stack a discount on it

The grinder is actually low man on the Fuel totem pole. You have 2783 which came out near the same time as the 2780, but is tool-less & has a brake. Then they just came out with the 2980-20, that takes advantage of High-Output batteries, and is rated as a 13amp equivalent grinder. This is also tool-less & has a brake. While much better than the brushed grinder & more than enough for most, it is not the latest or greatest anymore.

There is also the 7/9in grinder, but I’d put that in separate category, as that is a whole different size disc that is used.

What discount would stack on it? I can't find one.

Ya I did some looking around and it does seem that the current $849 price with the extras either two batteries, a jigsaw or tower light (ur choice there) is about as good as it's ever gonna get right now.

CPO has it for that price also as does Toolup but neither checkout would take the MIL25 promo code.

Reg list price is now like $999 on that kit alone with no add on's so all combined it's pretty good deal IMO and be hard pressed to price match everything offered by piece mealing it all together some other way.

I do see HD will give a $100 off $1000 on a qualifying purchase by applying for their store credit Only $25 off under $999 though :dunno:

How'd you get that for $116 ? Toolup.com has it for $179 before the $25 off.

They had it for $141 before the $25 off on Black Friday and early Saturday (when the free shipping kicked in). I missed out.

Yup that was it...is the $141 offer over now :headscrat

Man I'm telling ya some of the deals go fast like the 2520 -21 XC and free 6.0 battery for what was it $117?

Ya snooze ya lose... like I did with that "free" high torque from Blaines :lol_hitti

I also had an unpleasant experience with toolup. Firstly, they offered free shipping on 99 bucks on Saturday, I paid 10 dollars shipping on Friday. Secondly, they sent me an email I need to wire transfer money to them. Never heard of something shadier and I refuse to do that. Won’t be open until tomorrow to hear some ridiculous excuse as to what the hell happened. Maybe I’ll get free shipping out of it though...
