If its brushless, then its worth it, otherwise with the brushed model, the net worth of the tool alone is less than $50

I have been looking at some Milwaukee power tools at work. I get them at cost + 10% so I can get some incredible deals. Any suggestions on a circular saw as well as a sawzall? Thank you in advance.

I'm curious what their cost actually is, please enlighten us. It can't be much because it's so easy to stack sales and coupons and get stuff dirt cheap.

I had an issue with being overcharged on the m12 circular saw from International Tool. My total after tax was $100.52. On my credit card they posted $100.52 and another for $3.75. Not a big deal since its only a few bucks, but I called anyway. The representative was very nice and fixed it right away. He said there billing system was having many issues with overcharging orders. It might be worth it to check your cc statements for anyone whose ordered from them recently.

This is so common in retail. That wasn't a glitch, people and companies are just ****** assholes.

If you let me know a specific model you would like to know I can find out for you or I can just get a few price vs cost comparisons.

We just set up a whole Milwaukee isle last week!

If you don't need the extra battery (which is really just a $50 value anyway, Milwaukee and retailers have to profit somehow), the bare tool is currently projected to go for $85 with free shipping and no tax next week through eBay.

Wasn't someone waiting for the 0880-20P shop vac to go on sale?
https://www.acmetools.com/shop/tool...g489&cm_mmc=Affiliate-_-SaS-_-101512-_-619300
$150-11%=$132.61 off with code SALUTE

Also comes with 5.0xc battery and charger. There is a tool only for the same vac for 100.

BTW, I got charged sales tax on my CPO order last week, a first, its the new internet tax rules. ***** wasnt expecting it. First was Zoro, now CPO, next one is what I am really worried about.

Yup! I’m seeing in all the larger retailers now. Rockler dinged me the other week. I got a surprise on an eBay sale at checkout to the tune of $50, but it was a larger seller that probably does over $1MM in sales annually, so maybe that wasn’t a result of the recent ruling. Haven’t seen it from ACME Tools yet, but my last order was over a month ago, I know it’s coming. I noticed Amazon now collects on all orders from 3rd party sellers.

I have been holding on the table saw since the promo started with the second 12 AH. Still holding...lol

Don't need it, just want the two 12 AH and the saw for ripping three fence boards...lol

Just ordered one of these myself to get in on the sale. Now I'm just hoping there is a better sale to get the table saw so I don't kick myself for not ordering it during this sale!!

I think they are raising the table saw and other prices so they can lower it for Black Friday. Hopefully the deal will be even better than the best we have seen. I might do the chainsaw saw if it was $359 with 2 batteries.

The chainsaw with bonus 12.0 battery kit was $355 shipped from Acme with their 11% off deal through yesterday.

If I just want a couple more batteries, I can get one of these deals that included an extra battery, then just return the tool and get a pro-rated refund correct?

Bare batteries are cheapest on eBay, search for a decent tool vendor in the US.

So I had ordered a S women's Axis vest for my gf from Toolnut. They sent me an email today that Milwaukee says all their heated gear is sold for the season and Toolnut can't get the vest (it had showed as arriving in 7-10 days at the time of my order).

Anyway they gave me a coupon code for $40 off my next order for the inconvenience. Great service really from Toolnut!

Oh no you mentioned the store I didnt want to and afraid will start tax, now you cursed it hahahahah

State tax coffers are going to be fat now, maybe my schools bridges and roads will be fixed.

Well if bought online you couldn't return just the tool but you could just sell it. Wait for 10+% off sale at Acme, get a kit w/ batteries. Depending on which tool you sell, could profit $100+ if you really didn't want it.
Edit: if you want 5ah M18 batteries, they're $50 on ebay.
I'd like more 12ah batteries so I am eyeing the Supersawzall and other kits. I probably wouldn't sell the tool anyways.

Northern tool catalogue is doing 99.00 for an m12 3/8 ratchet (non-fuel). The PN is 2457-21. Doing free shipping to boot.

Im eyeing strictly the 9.0 and 12.0 Batts mostly for the my M18;work lights. I have plenty of 5.0ah and smaller for my power tools. I already have the chainsaw and the previous fuel sawzall. I don't use a table saw or circular saw that much so it's hard to justify keeping those, but it's tempting.

Did you order the combo with the battery or just the vest alone? I was going to order the combo in a small and they are showing available

The 3/8" M12 shortie is back to $127 at the ebay link in someone's post.

edit:

Here...

Thanks!! Hard to say to say no at the price outright, but even better for me. I had a 8% ebay bucks pop up on my screen last night ($10.**), then bought gift cards I got 10% off ($12.50), 2% back from eBates ($2.50), and maybe 11% HD rebate if they pay out on a GC purchase (probably not). So if my tax is waived, ~$102 out of pocket, if I use the eBay bucks on something I need.

I was short a few $ on my gift card purchase, as I find out I got hit by the tax man now. Being CPO, they should honor my tax exemption, so I sent them an email. I know many charge tax, but didn't realize this sale was going to have it.

I'm looking to pick up the 2734-20. Anyone seen any deals? Seems like everyone still has it listed @ $499.

CPO has it for $499 w/ a 9ah battery. I'm not sure if there's any places selling it much cheaper

I'm in the same boat. I have a 12ah w/ the chainsaw & Fuel sawzall/Circsaw. 9ah's are $85-90 on ebay, maybe less from facebook/offerup, etc. The 12.0's are about $145/ea on Ebay so the best way to get them is to buy a kit of 2 w/ whichever tool is easiest to sell so maybe end up w/ the 12.0's for $120.

This thread is killing me. Each day I tell myself "OK this is the last red tool you'll buy this year". Then I get on this in the morning and buy another one....

That is a good deal on the batteries, that pair on eBay is $119 so even with a 15% off coupon this deal is still cheaper. I don’t know that the 3.0 is worth the same as two of the 2.0 batteries, but newer/better/faster is always more $$$. I don’t necessarily need another 6.0 battery, but I guess it’ll feed the M12 rocket light eventually.

Thinking of getting this to reward a couple students that "give a damn" in the automotive program I was in. If anyone sees any other good kits around $100, please lmk! (Lower income area so I don't want to gift bare tools.)

Is there a code needed for this? I put the item in cart, not seeing discount.

edit: Says site/store prices may vary. How do i get this pricing?
edit edit: I found the catalogue tab on site. I don't even know if I've gotten my mailer to have a cataloguue #.
