I saw reference to it online, I checked official policy and there isn't anything about it. However I asked if they still beat competors by 10% and they said, "sure, get rid of it" as there was not room on the shelf after they added the new version.

Save for Fuel line. Noticeable difference in power and speed for not much more if you find the right deals. It’s hard to jump in all at once. I find it best to do the Black Friday and close out deals with batteries. I like random kits with lots of batteries and pick and chose bare tools. I got the saws all and hammer drill fuel combo with 2 batteries for $294 then $100 trade in for an old Dewakt drill dropped it too $194! Milwaukee is offering a trade ins llowance through independent dealers of $100 on 18v Fuel kits.

I saw that yesterday, and saw I could get 2 for $100, but have to pay shipping. Then on ToolHuyd today, the first post said it was the person first dissapointting Milwaukee tool, and returned it. I actually have a battery powered one in box destined for a friend, but I had my eye on them to add another probably unnecessary tool to the collection.

The 3/8" ratchet dropped to $90 at IT, not that I would ever buy it at that price, but is the cheapest from any retailer right now.

I checked with product management and was given the information below.
There are several differences between the units from both a performance and material perspective that lead to the Concrete Sprayer being a higher price. Please see details below and let me know if you have any questions.

I bought a sprayer from toolup during the 20% off m18 sale last week. I've been using it daily in my pest control business and it's very good. Long range, great power, seems well built. I bought it tool only and then picked up a clearance m18 trimmer for $169 + %11 rebate from home Depot for the 9.0 battery and resold the trimmer bare tool for almost what I paid on Craigslist, so I'm into the sprayer for cheap.

The only better is if a coupon popped up for eBay. If you need 3 M12 tools, a lot of retailers are taking 20% off. I'm really kicking myself for not picking up order sizes when they were $149 retail

I need to know is the m12 stubby all that and a bag of chips? I have an m18 high torque impact. Believe me it’s awesome but it’s so big I’ve come across instances where I couldn’t use it. If the m12 stubby can fit that void and bust off the hardest nuts you’d find doing automotive work. I’m gona be in the market for one.

I like the M12 stubby, it fits what I work on well. I haven’t found anything that I expected the M12 stubby to work on where it has disappointed me. I have used it on lug nuts on my Bronco and sedan without issue, brake caliper bolts, 1/2” lag bolts into pine, etc. It’s not as powerful as my mid torque, but I also purchased my stubby in 3/8” so I don’t expect it to work on nuts over 13/16” or 21mm where my 3/8” socket range ends. I don’t have a high torque M18, the mid torque M18 has almost the same specs as my old IR air impact and it plenty for me.

I'm a professional automotive technician and the m12 stubby is amazing. It gets about 75% of everything I work on done. If it can't take it off the my mid torque can't a lot of the time either. It's a very worth while investment.

I totally agree, I've the new Hi-Torque and the m12 stubby. It's becoming rare I go for Hi-Torque unless its for tractors and heavy equipment. I also use my m12 for lugnuts, and I really like it combined with the Snap-On 3/8" drive Lugnut Flip Sockets.

I was thinking the same for the soldering iron. Just snagged one for $40. But I just sold my 3/8 ratchet, which works out perfect. I'm buying the 3/8 packet f it on HD and an going to put the iron in that Packout.

I was only up because I was hoping to run across the BOGO for outdoor equipment that hopefully is starting any day

Found this on Slickdeals.

Homedepot has this on sale.Regular on-sale price during holiday seasons but this time it comes with a packout case, which is more useful than the typical tool bag or case.

It has a smaller ratcheting head compared to the Fuel version, which may be good for tight areas. Some people say that the rubber handle tend to wear out quicker than the one on the M12 Fuel. Also, probably less torque than Fuel.

Overall, I think it's a good value at $99.

That is a deal with the extra batteries. I specifically wanted the hackzall as I have no cordless saws and I really like that just a screwdriver as it’s clutched and doesn’t strip **** like the impact does.

I'd recommend buying in store, and returning the extra batteries as they are only 1.5ah. Sure 2 are fine to have, but id be looking for deals on an XC battery to give the tools a little more kick.

I highly don't recommend the hackzall. Very underwhelming, and will only be happy if you are just cutting PVC. With some skinny sawzall/hackzall blades, I have used it as a want-to-be jigsaw in a pinch. They should almost discontinue the non-fuel, and make the Fuel the only option.

I disagree about the hackzall. I have the non fuel, and use it all the time. Do i use it for demo all day? No, but it's really great for cutting rafters for pocketing micro lams, cutting studs in existing walls, and such.
