Has anyone bought the 1/2" impact kit that HD has for $269.00 ? The main HD page shows a kit with two batteries, no description, but the pic links to the 2767-21 kit which lists one battery.

Since HD has the bait and switch with the 2767-21 and 2767-22, I checked with a local tool store and got a better deal. Darragh Tool Central had the 2767-22GG for $349.00 with trade in of an old tool.

Received my hack saw from acme. No promotional battery. Guess that will be a separate shipment from what I’ve seen others say in here
I received my M12 Hackzall from Acme on Sunday via Fedex. I just received the notification that the 6.0 battery shipped and is arriving on Wednesday.

On a related note, I threw a harbor freight pruning blade in the Hackzall and used it to trim some pine tree branches this evening. This thing is awesome! So easy to get into tight spaces, cuts fairly quick, and the LED light is very handy as it was getting dark when I was out there.

any coupon codes that stack on that price?
Not that I'm aware of, but regardless, that is a pretty darn good price, esp w/ the free battery. I already tried calling acme to see if they'd price match...said they won't because it is a "clearance" item. I'm tempted to do the ol' buy and return. Or buy a second, sell the hackzall, and keep the batteries.

Slept on the Fuel circular saw deal at International and now its sold out. Damn

FML. Even better deal on the M12 Fuel Hackzall... kit with 4ah battery for $117 with free 6ah battery.

Nice! Had my eye on the M18 Fuel at International for $119, but this one would still do what I need from it, and the batteries are icing on the cake for my other M12 tools.

How good is the m12 3/8 ratchet?

I really like my fuel version....it has become one of my most used tools in the past 6 months. It will break a small bolt, so be careful with it....

I think that's one of the main selling points of the non-Fuel M12 ratchet - only 35 ft-lbs, so it's pretty tough to break a fastener (unless it's tiny). For breaking fasteners loose, you can just manually use the M12 ratchet to break it free. Additionally, the non-Fuel is also smaller than the Fuel, so it can get into more places. I've had the non-fuel for a couple years and haven't felt the want to upgrade.

Shows out of stock online and not available in store.

I've been keeping track of these since I missed out when they were ~$54 for about 30 minutes, two weeks ago. They were $89 about 7 days ago, then went OOS 2 days ago, then came back in stock for $64 this morning. Something funky going on with the pricing algorithm. I'd bookmark the page and check back every morning. I bet they come back in-stock at a good price.

I ordered another, I’ll part it out to people I know.

Thanks for the post, what a great deal, scored one.

Bruce

I'm going to do the same. I'm swimming in M12 chargers.
It's a ridiculous deal. People would pay that just for the two batteries! Makes me wonder if Milwaukee is coming out with a new version of the hackzall? Honestly the existing one is already very heavy duty and slots in nicely below the M18 Fuel Hackzall (or maybe they are moving away from the M12 Fuel version altogether).

I'm tempted to pick up another but not sure I want the hassle of parting out a kit...also thinking that gray market prices are going to drop on these.

Milwaukee doesnt like retailer stock to get to stale, so if CPO has had a ton of these hackzalls sitting around for 6-12 months, they are advised to refresh the inventory. Happens often at local HD's as well. Bare tools they dont care as much but kits with batteries are what they dont like sitting around.

Though perhaps Milwaukee is trying to move overstock because kits may get 6.0 batteries included instead of the 4.0.
