I've seen the TS80P and thought about getting one. Maybe you could power it off an M18 or M12 power source via USB to make it feel more like a Milwaukee tool?

You need a power bank that supports QC3.0 or PD2.0. I don't think the Milwaukee USB adapter supports either.

No that doesn't, but this does, the M18 Top-Off. I use it more than my car charger for my power hungry phone.

Ironically I sawa M18 powering a soldering irone in an AirTag hacking video the other day. Looks like he built a specialized adapter for the USb plug. better connection?

The M18 topoff was what I was thinking of. I thought they had a newer similar M12 power source as well but maybe I dreamt it?

The newest m12 power source also allows for charging of the battery, but still with the antiquated micro-usb. Really something they should just update, and force people into, along with all the USB lights.

Trying to find a deal on a Milwaukee Fan for a camping trip this weekend, anyone know of any coupons for a place I could snag one at a store?

Damn yea, that's solid!! I was looking at $79 with no battery from HD.

Thanks man!

Edit: $15 shipping lol

I'll call and see if I can get it before our trip this weekend.

Try calling HD you never they might match it.

If you got a Grainger nearby or on your way to camp should be able to pick it up without a shipping fee.

Looks like they have a local branch that allows pick up for online orders, so I'm gonna go grab it tomorrow!

Thanks for heads up man!

No problem just bring some larger batteries unless you have a way to plug it in. I would avoid Mode 3 unless you just need it. I usually keep it on mode 2 and kept me cool. I think mode 3 was getting around 1 hr per amp depending on what size batteries I was using.

M18 Grease Gun $159.99 with the $20 NAPA coupon, Good deal or wait for a battery combo? Not something I need ASAP. Was also looking at the M12 but have not seen a deal around.

Both are excellent greasers. If you use it in equipment that gives the pump count, go with the M18, otherwise I'd go based on the deal. Don't see crazy pricing on the either, usually just SBotD at HD.

The right angle grease attachment is a very worthwhile accessory, if you ever need a filler for a cart coupon.

Thanks, would be just using it at home. M12 would be fine but I have more M18 batteries. I'll wait it out see what some daily deals might pop up over the next few weeks with Memorial Day, Fathers Day, the 4th etc right around the corner.

Northern Tools has the bare tool fan for $79 and free shipping to a local store.

$20 off $100 coupon code 274198 works if you pad the order or simply order 2.

The fan is great. Saved some old folks at a really hot day picnic a couple years ago.

In the meantime, Northern Tool has the 2 pack M18 3.0 batteries for $99, which is the best price I have seen (HD has done it before). Not sure if it is advantage members only.

Does it hold through checkout? When I try to check out it nix's the 20 off 100.

EDIT: It seems to hold now. When I tried the other day it took away the 20 off. They must have fixed it.

Although it's in the advertisement, it is not on the web site.

Fan + XC 5.0 batt + charger (12v+18v) for $129.

Call your local store for item# 107186. I asked them to apply the coupon in store, manager had to do an override, but got the deal ($109 after discount). The next day, a $20 off $100 coupon was attached to a printed catalog, which would also have worked.

I have the fan and run it on level 2 or 3. I use 9ah batteries and get two nights out of it. The AC adapter is a nice touch as well.

I got mine for Christmas one year. Not something I would have bought myself but I like the fan. Too bad the 12ah is too tall for it but all good, don't really matter to me as I only have one of them.

But AC adapters, I don't like em. I hacked mine & stuck the ac adapter inside the fan so all I have to carry around is a power cord if needed. Most all the other cordless tool brands fans allow you to plug straight into an extension cord. But to be fair the M18 is pretty old, came out before most of the others that don't use external ac adapters.

I heard there was supposed to be a M12 fan coming out soon?

Awesome just got this and added a $1.19 string level which I actually needed to get the $20 off. Thanks.

That’s a good deal. Will they ship if I call? I don’t have a store local.

I want the m18 fuel hammer drill and batteries. Should I do the 2.0 + 5.0 kit for $199 that's going live on 5/24 at home depot, or get the 2 3.0's from Northern Tool and do the return hack at home depot and just keep the drill?

I think the total for 2 3.0's and the drill would come out to $196, vs the $199 starter kit with 2.0 and 5.0.

Exchange question: bought the M18 cordless 21 degree framing nailer back in January and I haven’t opened it. Don’t have receipt. Do you think Home Depot would let me exchange it for the 30 degree model of same tool?

In January, most purchases had 6 month return polices. So shouldn't be any issue returning. If you received a discount, you may want to do more of an exchange. Though I believe the nailer dropped $20 or so.
