Did you buy that with the HD sale? And, did you keep the battery?

Mike
M18 blower shipped home, battery for pickup. Have enough M18 batteries so no problem canceling in the store as they had separate charges. Picked up some sticky traps and wood Victor traps for the garage visitors. Check out post #6310

I tried ordering with the blower/glasses picked up in store and the battery shipped home. When I went to cancel the battery after 5-10 minutes it only allowed me to cancel both together, even though they were separate items and prorated prices in the cart.

I've done the "hack" before with no issues.

It let me cancel, but I did the opposite. I shipped the blower and p/u for battery.

Maybe you have to have one item in hand before canceling the other?

Mike
M18 blower & glass arrived this morning via FedEx then cancelled the battery at the store in the afternoon. No hassle battery return as it never left the pickup area. Keep it simple.

Anyone know of any deals for new 1/4 inch ratchets? im lookin for the long neck and regular neck versions
The 1/4 high speed ratchets are part of the “buy more save more” deal at Home Depot, which can be hacked to about $125 or so…

Looking for the best deal on the m12 rocket light. Guy in my area has a sealed box bare tool for $115. Thinking I will pick this up unless you all know of a better deal. This is a bare tool.

Just realized Clarks has the M18 compressor for $289. Plus a string trimmer and I am only $11 away from "free" shipping.

Does anyone know the lowest price they have seen the grinder 2880-20 for? I know there is the buy more/save more deal going on now. I'm wondering because the deal through grainger for 259 with 2 6.0 batteries seems good, but I don't know if I need 2 more batteries.

5 or 6 years ago I was ready to make the move to Milwaukee but didn't, is the Fuel M18 what people are buying or has the M12 come up to the point that it's the one to buy? Looking at the Grainger deal on the 3/8' Impact Wrench for car stuff but I don’t see a charger included!

The M12 stuff is alright, and they've gotten their own Fuel line of brushless tools since 5 or 6 years ago, but you got a lot more options and tools on the M18 platform.

Now, you're asking about the impact wrench deal, that is a very good deal, specially considering that the full kit is almost $400 with regular batteries, not the high capacity bad boys that deal comes with. And while the M12 stubby is the darling of youtube car mechanics everywhere, the M18 compact impact wrench works just as well as the M12, and if you compare them side by side it's actually slightly smaller than the M12 stubby (And I do mean slightly, like 1/4 to 1/2 an inch smaller) the one advantage the M12 stubby does have over the M18 impact wrenches is the battery, since M18 tends to have nice chunky batteries, they sometimes get in the way when you're trying to manouever the impact wrench inside the car, doing suspension work for example, whereas you can just slap a 3.0 tiny battery on the M12 and not deal with a massive block of lithium and plastic on the end of your tool.

For mechanics work the M12 is better when looking at things like the ratchets and right angle impacts. When you are talking heavy duty power to bust stuck lugs on trucks, you need to go t the M18. The M12 stubby impact seems to be fine for cars and maybe light trucks but full size trucks need more umph than the M12 line cane muster.

Granger deals are great for those already on the platform as chargers usually come with kits. Based on my experience both M12+M18 have my tasks all covered. As mentioned M12 impressive power for the smaller size and M18 for the tough nuts.

Also, Tool Nut has a few hours left of their Milwaukee flash sale: $75 off $350, $50 off $250, or $25 off $150.

Good deal if you're looking for something that rarely goes on sale. I've been watching for deals for the framing nailer for months now, and finally pulled the trigger.

I think I’ve found the deal I’ve been looking for to finally get into Milwaukee. My 20v Dewalt hammer drill is almost 12 years old & doesn’t spin a drill bit without a wobble anymore. Plus this set has the 1/2” impact wrench I’ve been needing.

The mid torque and compact for $279 got me. They have been on my list for quite a while now.

Im on the fence...Ive got $50 in perks, and I can sell my older 2754 for $100 so that would have me at $129 + tax on this one....

The m18 fuel hackzall and deep cut bandsaw for $289 is a sweet deal. Too bad I already have both.

I have the Hackzall, but not the band saw. Dont need the bandsaw, so going to sell it off and keep the Hackzall. Cant have too many when theres kids involved and everyone can be cutting up branches :ROFLMAO:

I think there is a good deal at grainger still where you can get the hack with 2 batteries for around the same price, scroll up or maybe back a page.
