Any good deals other than Home Depot on big batteries: 6, 8 and/or 12? I have already picked up the (2)5 and 12 deal from HD. Looking for big ones only really.

I'm pulling together a plan to rebuild my (new-to-me) old backhoe, definitely need a M18 grease gun. Not seeing any specific deals for that, where should I be looking?

Tool Nut just had a 15% off Milwaukee flash sale ("early Black Friday"). There should be more coming at the various online Milwaukee dealers over the next month. I think these **% off flash sales are the best way to get deals on the more niche trade tools. I used one of the flash sale deals a while back to get the M12 PEX expander.

HD has a deal on the M12. I'm thinking about getting one for my SS and attachments

Thabks guys. Does HD ever do the blanket % off deals, or are they all about the tool-specific deals, bundles, etc.?

People receive 15% off mover coupons occasionally. Other than that it's the 10% off for military.
Always remember you can easily price match through chat to most other sites.

Max tools has $25 off $150 right now. Ends tonight.

I'm figuring I missed the 15% off at Tool Nut (or I just don't see it on their website)?

They do have this. Buy a M18 12-amp battery with charger, get two 5-amp batteries free:

They also have a bunch of other deals (including Packout), none that I need at the moment.

I just got the 15 gauge nailer since HD had it down to $239 and the nose on my pneumatic Senco has been giving me a hard time.

I use my 15 gauge & 18 gauge at the same time (and sometimes a 23) so it doesn't make sense to NOT have the 18 too, right?!?!

Will I do any better than the $249 a few places have it? I don't NEED batteries, but some smaller ones might be nice for the nailers.

Also, is $100 good for the HO 6.0 battery? Home Depot has them for $179

I don’t know if Depot still has this deal going on but I bought that compressor with a 5amp battery for $149.00 two weeks ago.

I don't see that one listed, but I did the inflator and two 5.0XC batteries and charger for $199. 5.0 starter pack or something they called it.

would try getting them for $60 in a package.
The only package (battery package...not a tool package), I see for the 6.0's are a 4 pack. (2) 6.0's and (2) 3.0's for $350

I'm kinda leaning towards the HO 8.0 and HO 3.0 for $199. I can use the 8.0 with my chainsaw or pole saw...the 3.0 for my drill and driver

I think you can still get the starter kit with the inflator at HD but you have to add them both to the cart manually.

Still showing up for me. I just didn't really want the 5.0 batteries. I now have 5 of them. They said I couldn't return them when I picked up the kit in the store, so I don't know...

If you don't want to 5.0 kit then just return it at customer service after you pick them up. Since they are itemized on the transaction you can return each piece and then you get a discount on the item.

I tried to when I picked them up. Said I couldn't. I need to go back when different people are working I guess...

What I've always done is leave the store with the stuff I bought and drop the stuff off to my vehicle that I want to keep. Then I go back in the store and return the stuff I don't want. If they are itemized individually on the receipt and have their own return value listed, they are being dumb and you are allowed to return them. If the individual items are listed under a single SKU and don't have individual prices with listed prorated return prices, then you can't return one.

Goes at least til the end of the year. They started the promo early, so they may end it early, which often happens when starter kits are out of stock. Usually start date is around 1st of November, and goes til tomorrow and of January.

Easier to select different stores if that's the plan, and you can cancel yourself online.

@ATC I just did this not too long ago.

If your store has stock on both items, go to the store and pick up both items. IT should ring up as two items and prorate the return values. Pay. Then go to your vehicle and drop off the one you want to keep. Go back to the store service desk and return the battery pack. No problem here when I did it that way. As long as the receipt has two skus and prorates each item. It should work without a problem.

I just bought my first try at the Hack deal. It is with that $199 2X 5.0 batt deal and free grinder. I did it online with ship to home. Just want to be sure I can return the batts to store... I can print out the online receipt etc. My nearest store is 40min each way and want to be certain I am going to get my refund before I make the trip. Thought or experience here?

I’ve shipped to home and returned to store many times. There are 4 stores within about 20 miles of me. I pass by 2 on my way to work. If you have a receipt or an email with your purchase (I just show them my phone and they look it up) it’s never a problem.
I’ve also shipped to the store, picked up, drop one item in my car and walk back in to return the other item. No issues, no hassles.

I’ve never been able to do that on this or past deals. Their site always tells me I need to pick up both at the same store, or ship both to home. Never could break them up.

This is what I have done: need to order each item for pickup at a different store on the HD website. Make the changes in the cart. Pickup what you want at one store and go to the other store to cancel that day or a few days or after 7-10 days it cancels out. Never had a problem

I did this exactly, had no issues.

Thanks guys for the reassurance. Long ride to get turned down.
Lowes is 10min away. When I first moved here I was there in the tool section and a lady asked if there was anything I needed. I said where are the Milwaukee tools? I knew they didn't carry them. :ROFLMAO:
I used to have a HD 5min away at the last town I lived in and there was a second on the other side of town (20min) too. Never shopped at Lowes till I moved here.

If you can be patient I would personally wait for the another 6.0 + tool deal to come up. Buying just the batteries alone never seems to pencil out unless you need them now or really want the 3.0 which never comes in the deals.

Has anyone come across any deals for the big 1/2" impact?
Going to be a minute before any deals on that. It was just last month they pulled the new revision (serial # 'B'), and are going back to the original design.
As that is one of their most popular tools, and because of currently low inventory, I wouldn't anticipate any deal involving that until next quarter (February) at the earliest.

Don’t think I’ve seen any inventory of the big impact wrench at my local HD

That is a good deal. Wish I could hack it. I just want the framing nailer, but would prefer the 30 degree.

Got the same interest as I have the M18 & M12 Rocket and don’t need more batteries….

Seems like $99 a pair for the 3.0 CP batteries is as low as I ever see.

Get 4 for $199 or 6 for $299

As low as they get, but several of the other tool sites are also running the same pricing this quarter, and often can stack a coupon, not that you couldn't at HD either.

Acme - $10 off with code TOOLGUYD, shipping negates most of that savings, but as an example
