I've been looking for a deal on a 2767 1/2" high torque impact but haven't found one. Anyone seen one recently or know of a good deal/promo code that I missed? Thought I'd ask here because I'm not an expert deal finder

Thanks
John

HO 8.0 and HO 3.0 at Northern Tool for $179 ($199 sale - the $20 off $100 coupon)

That’s a good deal, that’s the price of an 8.0 battery. I’d bite at $150 or lower though based on last year’s pricing. Do you think Home Depot might clear them at steeply discounted prices next month or is it too early to say. They have barely cleared out this combo pack whereas the 2-pack 3.0 m18 batteries are rarely available now

Surprisingly they sold out on the 12.0/2-5.0x m18 battery combo but I am largely suspicious they returned them to the vendor so they could be repackaged for the next quarter deals

I think Milwaukee is playing mind games with us with these oddball battery deals IMHO. Need more 12.0s personally as the only one I have came with my chainsaw 4+ years back. I'm sticking hard to my $10 per amp hour rule of thumb though out of principle.

ATC's Northern Tool deal also should be stackable with the spend $1000 get a $200 gift card.

Saw this @ Tooltopia for $60.99. HD has them for $99.

Milwaukee (MLW48111837) M18 REDLITHIUM HIGH OUTPUT CP3.0 Battery 2 Pack

Ordered these the day they were posted, Got an email yesterday saying my order was cancelled as they were out of stock and not getting more. The rest of my order finally shipped.

Your reply to my post said it was a good deal, but now you say you don't know if it's a good deal? :badteeth:
I think I contradicted myself there for a moment - I did say it was a good deal, but then I also said I would bite if it was under $150

But honestly, this is not a good deal and you and I know why 🤣 Its still expensive, the 8.0Ah battery never used to cost this much compared to previous years :D

It should be $149.99

Here's a deal from two years - and this is called a deal :(

I find it funny all the comments about I am not buying because the price is higher than a year or two ago. Unless you have a time machine you may never see those prices again. The one Slickdeals thread is two years old and the other one is at least 18 months old.

You're not getting 2019 prices on houses or vehicles right now either although those prices may actually fall, but Milwaukee prices may not.

Only if the kit rings up with 2 SKU. Most don’t. The ones that do are typically the buy a tool, get a battery or another tool free. Test by loading the kit in your cart and counting the items.

Wish I could add the grinder/starter kit to the cart separately so I can return the batts. Pretty good deal on the die grinder I usually don’t see marked down so might just have to add another 4.0 to the stable even though I really don’t need it.

Slightly better value getting the ratchet & impact kit with 2 x 2ah batteries for $189. At least I think the impact is worth $30, and split to 2 batteries.

Like reader2580 said, this ain't 2 years in the past. A plandemic, inflation, recession, current policies and money spending habits....not to mention the world is on a EV bandwagon now, buying up every ounce of lithium available to make their batteries....

You ain't gonna see past prices. You'll die waiting.

Out of all the Milwaukee battery promotions at the Home Depot this holiday season, the only ones that did not sell were the 8.0/3.0 m18 combo packs. I suspect these will largely be on clearance special in the coming months so stay tuned

The Milwaukee Wet/Dry Vacuum at $249 at the Home Depot is ridiculously expensive - no wonder they have plenty in stock
- something to keep an eye on in the clearance section in the coming months

Not holding my breath but at the right price I'd definitely be in for a couple.

^ Pretty good deal IMHO especially if you return the HO battery. New high speed ratchet + new impact. Didn't expect great deals on this stuff until much later.

There was a $75 off $300 deal at an online vendor during Black Friday that I used to buy the $299 nine gallon dual battery vac for $225. Maybe wait until Christmas or New Years for a better discount or deal. The 9 gallon is larger than I expected, having not seen one in person — actually bigger than I wanted If you are in southern NH, I’d sell it for the $225 I paid.

I'd buy it if I was local
As far as current pricing goes, I would pay $200 at most for the 9 gallon and $170 for the 6 gallon at MSRP

However, looks like Milwaukee put a higher MSRP than what I expected

Haven't been tracking hole saw pricing lately.

Is $144 "good" for the 28 piece set?

Need a 1 1/4 and a 4 inch for an upcoming project. So by the time I get the necessary sizes, plus a larger 7/16 arbor at full retail I think am halfway to getting this kit. Should have bought the bigger kit from the beginning...

It was $85.99 a couple weeks back:

I'm pretty sure $150ish is about average.

Those prices at tooltopia were more than you are typically going to find during the rest of the year. Sort of an exception to the rule.
I want to say the low "regular" sale price is closer to $120. I think you might be waiting a while for lower. You also see this large complete size set go on sale a little less often that some of the other kit offerings.

Home Depot special buy of the day has a few hours left. There are a few of the usual suspects on there. Massive hole saw kit, @Odd-job was looking for one I think:
The M12 surge with free battery for 129 is temping. I've been wanting a second M12 to cart around with me. Would have been super useful thanksgiving weekend and my girlfriend's dad's place when his garage door opener broke....

Thanks for the lead Rusty67, I think they increased the price of the 28 piece somehow :(
