Milwaukee USB supply issues

I just bought some LED USB powered under counter lights with the intention of running them off of a Milwaukee M18 USB adapter. They will not power on using this adapter so I tried my M18 Top Off and they will not work with it. I thought something was wrong with the lights so I tried one of those little wall cubes and the lights work. Any ideas what is causing the Milwaukee USB supplies to not work with these lights?

I am guessing that the Milwaukee USB power supply doesn’t have enough watts to drive the LED lights.

The top off is only 2.4a output on the USB a port (5v, so 12 watts). What does the light strip call for?

That is probably correct, I will try plugging the cube into the 120v output on the top off this evening to see if that works.
