Had a Fuel grinder stop working after about 1-2hrs of grind time on it, so I created an account on their site to start a warranty claim. Could not have been easier!... just enter the tool and serial number, print FedEx label, drop off, and about one week later got it back. It was mine, just fixed.

That's an option. I happen to have a service center 5 minutes from home, so I just drop stuff off. Glad to hear it's easy for the rest of us.
