I thought I would take a run at posting a review for a unique little product that probably most of you are probably aware of.
I dabble a bit in off-roading in a Jeep Wrangler and over the summer acquired an old M416 military trailer from a storage shed in pieces. After restoring the trailer I decided I wanted to build a lid for it. I knew it would take a lot of precise cuts but I don't have a regular metal (cutting capable) band saw and honestly because of their size, I really don't have a use for one.
I do have a Milwaukee Portaband band saw that I figured out a way to use. I seen a need little stand made specifically for the Portaband made by Swag Offroad. This little table was under $120.00 shipped and I can honestly say its the perfect little US made tool for what I needed it for. No modification to the Portaband and it stores away very nicely.
Anyway I thought I would share and here are a couple pictures:
One simple attachment point from the bottom of the table:
I made all my angle cuts with the combo above with no problem. Progress on the trailer lid:
