I bought this today. Thought it was pretty neat. I put the dog on top so you could get an idea of the size of the box.

If u don't mind me asking... How much did u pay? That would look great in my sons room to hold his tv and as a dresser and in a couple years he can start his own tool collection

I give the guy $ 250.00. I am going to use it to hold some of the smaller snap on collectables that I have.

Can you pull out a drawer and take a picture of the slide? How well is it built? That is really cool.

here is a pic of the slide and a pic the way the drawers open. It is a KR11 made in 1991

Now u need to find a kr12! Which is the top box....haha

Supposidly these boxes were awarded to the drivers after they sold 10 krl boxes or something in a certain time period back in the early 90s

Thanks for the pics. Looks like it is built just like the larger boxes, barring that all the drawer fronts only open one larger drawer. I guess on that scale the thin drawers would be really thin.

How do we know how big the dog is?

A guy out here had 3 sets of different models of those for sale at a great price, sold by the time I called him, I was bummed.

Not really. I think they would still be bigger than the small drawers on a Kennedy 526 or Gerstner. Though a drawer that small way down by the floor does seem like a bad idea.

I would be fighting my son over it. He would be thinking it's for him. Nice purchase and Dachshund too.

The box is 21 1/2" tall 14 1/2 deep 27 1/4 wide. Here are some pics of what I have in it so far. The only thing that doesn't fit is my Harley /snap on screw driver set

But keeping it to scale, whould they be the same thickness/depth/height? :dunno: Sounds like it is about the size of a common 26" top box.
