Put a thermometer in there and see if it is doing anything.

Pull the plug for a day or two. Give the system a chance to settle. At least 24 hours.

If the compressor started up and ran, I don't think letting it settle will do anything.
More than likely the compressor or condenser got knocked around while it was in transport, and a refrigerant pipe cracked and broke. Perhaps even internally to the compressor.

I have a mini refrigerator that is probably 25 +YO
When we had a popup it would be humped up 4 stairs from the basement lifted into the bed of the pickup. lifted out of the truck at the campsite plugged in and worked.
Did that 3x;s a year for the 3 day holidays plus one 2 week vacation a year for at least 16 years then it now reside in the work shop as a "drink" refridge.
In between trips it would sit idle on a shelf in my basement.
Never skipped a beat some times it seems too cold.

Mini fridges are pretty cheap, and a new more efficient one will probably pay for itself. Order one of the Sunex ones from summit and then you have an excuse to order a day cart to match.

I have a mini fridge that was resurrected from two fridges. I got them for free from a local motel. When they have issues with them they toss 'em. One had a beat up door, the other didn't run. I swapped the door, 2-3 screws and a minute and that fridge works fine. I got it about 20 years ago and it was one of thr cheapest fridges available at the time. With my dad her this summer I plugged it in and we used it this summer for more storage.
We have several fridges at work that have been plugged in and running since the early 90's non-stop. One fridge was unplugged to be moved to another wall, and when plugged back in two days later wouldnt cool anymore. Go figure.

try turning the thermostat all the way down, wait a minute then back up. I had one do that and the thermostat needed reset. may have to google your model to see if the reset is the same.

Those tiny Dorm Room Refrigerators are "Disposable", sort of like paper products.

My mini fridge (Wine fridge) stopped working and I fixed it following this video.
Is it using a compressor or is it thermoelectric? If it’s the latter, they sometimes need to be reset. They will usually have a control board that has a beeping alarm of some sort if that’s the case. You can reset by unplugging power from the board to the cooler while the unit is plugged into the wall. I had one that I just put a momentary NC switch into for this purpose.
If you have a compressor, the video above is probably your best bet though.
