Mini split control cable

Do I need to run this cable that connects outdoor and indoor units in a conduit per NEC? It is weather resistant.

need more info. what is the rating on the cable? any markings? can you post some pics? may not be UV resistant

It is type TC-ER. But I don't see SR mark on it. So that make me think it is not Sun Resistant. Thank you.
