Mini Split Head Height below compressor?

Getting an estimate for mini split in house.
The area in question is the basement area.
The technician that came by to look said he was unsure if the head unit could be below the compressor unit.
What say the GJ guru's?

The head will need to gravity drain in a tube. Would this be able to happen? I don’t think the other tubes care as they are pressurized.
