Mini Split Line Set

Hey all, just wondering if there is any issues with how this line set is set up. Im mostly concerned about how its "U" into the condenser. Is this a problem? Obviously the unit is not fully installed just yet.

It's more ideal to keep the line level if possible. When in doubt, consult the install manual.

So, I am not sure how to do that in this situation. The service valve ports to connect the flared lines are way up top of the unit. I don't see any KOs on top.

Admittedly this is my first ever install, however I have successfully worked on car A/C for quite some time.

Sometimes big loops can trap oil, but it's likely fine.

Ok, thanks. I could probably shorten the line set. But I am not sure how much shorter to go before its "too short"

The manual will list the minimum line set length

Hmm, I didn't see any minimum, just maximums.

Mitsubishi doesn't have a minimum but under 10' they warn about noise and vibration.

Im reading under 10' can hurt the compressor. Hmm worst case I can move the condenser unit over a bit more.
