If cost was not a concern what would be best choice, mini split system with one place where air comes out or conventional system with separate ducts with air at different locations?

Garage is 24' x 26' with tray ceiling in the middle that is 14' high.

It's very hot and humid where I live. Ability of unit to put out heat is not as important.

#1 The conventional A/C system is always going to work better to take out the humidity with the duct work system it has and loops the air up and down through the coil unit and then back to the vents.

#2 When cooling and heating the shop with multi vents and returns it will cool faster and exchange more CFM to the whole shop vs just one cooling point like mini splits / window and wall units.

Given the choice I would stay with a conventional system. Parts and repair are easier to get and I have read that the compressors on mini aren't as good as the ones used on conventional.
