Does anyone have experience mounting the condensor for a mini split on an exterior wall bracket?

We would need to mount the bottom of the bracket about 6' off the ground - it would be linked to the indoor units in the second floor garage apt. The garage apt is ~70 yrs old and has 1" thick wood siding on the exterior walls and .75" wood ship lap on the interior walls, with 2x4 studs and some wall insulation.

Would there be any issue with vibration transmittal and noise in the building? The ground floor has also been converted into an apt.

The condensor is a 19k btu Sanyo heat pump.

I don't have experience with wall mounting but I can say the outside unit is very quiet and smooth running. I suspect there'd be a little noise/vibration traqnsmitted but not much.

It is fairly routine to set those on brackets. Some of the brackets have built in rubber dampers to help with vibration.

Like ghnl said, they usually run real smooth. We have a lot of Mr. Slim units around and they are smooth and quiet.
