Miniature Emmert Machinist's Vise

I've attached a picture of a special Emmert vise that is currently for sale on Ebay. I don't know if we are allowed to post links to auction sites, so here is the title of the auction, "Rare Emmert Miniature Machinist Vise 11.25 Lbs Waynesboro PA". I've never seen one this small before, and wonder if it is a salesman's sample? Does anyone here have one of these?

Emmert machinist vises aren't seen much. Emmert has only been mentioned here a handful of times. I have one and haven't had much luck finding any info about it
