for future reference if anyone asks, since I couldn't find any info on this anywhere:
The sliding table probably weighs 50 - 75 lbs
The rails it rides on probably weigh 40 lbs
The rails are held on by 4 allen head bolts - metric
The top of the rails have bump stops that can be loosened and turned. you must turn 1 of them to remove the table, it just slides right off and on. The wheels have a bearing cover of sorts, i believe to clean the track off as you slide. be careful, I could see them breaking easy.
The fence is 15 lbs or so
The cast iron top weighs, id guess 150 lbs. I can move it on my own, but its easy with 2 people. I dont think id attempt to put on or remove from the cabinet though, especially with the studs attached to it and the spindle housing.
It is held on by 4 nuts. The top has 4 studs and rubber feet. 1 is outside the cabinet and the other 3 inside, easily accessible.
The motor and spindle are also bolted to the top with 4 bolts. again easily accessible. - all 8 are 13 mm
The issue is once the motor and spindle are detached, they have no support and the wheel to raise/lower looks to be a chore to remove.
I put a 4 x 6 block across the bottom of the cabinet and lowered the motor until it rested on the block. then removed the bolts. after this the top lifts right off. I took a lashing strap and went around the motor and the door jam to hold it from moving around during transport. don't crank the strap. I had no issues on a 320 mile drive like this.
The cabinet I strapped to a dolly, it is the heaviest part. I guess 250 lbs or so. on the dolly and 2 people, up and down stairs were not bad at all.
all in all, im guessing ~525 lbs. easily took apart and a moved. Hope this helps someone in the future.
