Minisplit head unit ice

I have a Mr. Cool dual zone Minisplit in my shop for the last several years. In the last month the upstairs unit is starting to "ice up". The unit is covered in ice / frost you can see through the vent. Any ideas what to check?

Refrigerant. It’s likely low

Usually due to low air flow due to clogged filters or coils, or low refrigerant in my experience.

Most of the time it’s poor airflow thru the wall unit
