Well the thing is that I messed up your shipping address the first time, and I told you that. Then I reshipped it and something else happened and there were no notes on the package to let me know. I am sorry you have to deal with this but it's not my fault that you have note got your stuff yet.

Wow 2 months... I understand stuff happens in life where it makes it difficult to get things shipped immediately but that is ridiculus. I agree file a paypal claim and let a third party deal with this issue. If the seller cant provide documentation (confirmation/tracking <$250) you will be awarded your funds back.

The deal is I shipped his items twice. The first time I wrote the wrong address....I have no idea what happened the second time, they were just returned to me. I gave him my phone number so he could call me and we could figure it out. But instead he sent me an email saying this:

Hey jon this is the second time you've given me this line of ********. Keep the ****** tools and I hope you choke on the fifteen bucks. **** you very much......

Did I do anything for him to get down on that level? No. I realize that he might be upset but all of this is over $10 + $5 for shipping. Do you think I would honestly screw someone out of $15?

I did a ratchet trade with another member on here and the ratchet never showed up at his house. We waited and watied and finally both decided someone at USPS thought they needed it more then him. We agreed that I would send him $20 to cover "half" of it since I got the ratchet that he sent me. For all I know he could have just claimed he never got the ratchet....but more then likely an ACCIDENT happened.


When dealing with stuff online **** is going to happen. If he is going to get all pissed and get down on that level he needs to call and cancel his internet. I also told him that I would send him the $10 he paid for the tools back or reship them. Haven't heard back......

While i understand things happen that are out of your control, I also think its the Sellers responsibility to make sure that after Payment is received, The Package is packed in a way that they wont be damaged and should arrive to the Buyer. AS far as the address issue, I always copy and paste directly from Address Paypal has on file for the buyer, Then Paste to Windows Notepad function, Print it out, Double check it again and then apply it to the package with at least 1 layer of clear packing tape. This way there never a issue of missplelling a name or address etc.. etc.. I have never had a issue of package not making it to its destination, You as a seller need to protect yourself by having Delivery confirmation on your shipments. Sadly Under the Paypal protection policy its your job to prove you sent the item and with a tracking number. Im not trying to junk up your classifieds but only offer this advise to protect yourself in future sales and make sure in the end its a positive transaction for both parties.

Maybe the email below you sent me? You screwed up twice and I pay? You were paid 2 months ago and still have the tools you supposedly shipped out twice. I don't like being cheated out of .15 cents let alone fifteen dollars. I will have my son file a paypal claim and I'm done addressing this nonsense.

If you want a refund I will send you $5. I have sent your package twice at $5 each time. I will either send your package again with delivery confirmation so that you will have a tracking number or paypal you $5. Your choice. You can think what you want to think about this. I messed up the address the first time and let you know, I reshipped it and something else happened. It was out of my hands. I am sorry you have had to wait but I am also having to spend all this time dealing with it for $10.

That seems like as fool proof as you can get. after this deal and the ratchet case I now know that when shipping with USPS you get delivery confirmation regardless. Thanks for the tips. By the way PM sent.

Where is the email that followed that? You're leaving quite a few bits and pieces out of the story when you tell it.....sounds good on the paypal claim
