I have one of those Ridgid flaring tools (as pictured above) and they are head and shoulders above the cheap $20 ones.

My dad was a pipefitter & I've got a half dozen old flair kits. None have the detent set screw which looks to make its operation much better. A nice looking set and a bargin at that price.

Yes the clamps are available and I apologize for forgetting to list the specs

The spec sheet I have lists the
nominal opening at 10"
Throat depth at 4 3/4"
Clamping pressure 2600lbs.
Spindle size 3/4"

Here is a photo with rulers for reference

Wish they were a touch bigger. I'll let you know, we have the longer versions at work and boy they are a treat to work with. Great clamps.
