Just laughing today as I only have one light that gets covered by the overhead door when open.
When fully open the lig hit is only half in the door window
My door covers most of the lights and there are no windows in my garage door. It was something that never occurred to me when planning the light layout. Just a couple more lights would have made a big difference, and I keep telling myself it would be easy to add them.

This is a problem I never planned for. Now I only open the door so far as not to cover the light so a) I can see, b) the light doesnt cook and warp the door (gets hot), and c) to try and keep birds out. Works well but Im waiting for the day I hop in my vehicle and forget the door is low.
There’s currently only 3 manlift inside that building. 4th is next door, and man basket for the 3 forklifts is still being borrowed by the dude with a crane truck through his roof
