Missouri Garage Mahal

Okay, it's not mine. Just an aquaintance we visited a few weeks ago. It's two story in an L- shape with a second story office that the higher up shots are from. The work/lift bay has doors large enough to pull a semi through. The building is steel with 3 inch-thick R40 walls. On the far end of the Corvette line is a wash/detailing bay. Enjoy the few pics we took.

Wow, that's amazing. Where you at in Central Misery? If in Jeff City, we have a cruise the last Saturday of each month April thru September in downtown Jeff City. Bring the Chevelles and even invite the owner of this shop along. Is that a real Penske 'Vette?

I've been to the JC Cruise a few times, it's one of the best around. What do you average 300-400 cars usually? If I can get the 283 back in the '66 Convertible we'll be there. This mahal is up by Columbia. The blue 'Vette is a replica 1963 GranSport Corvettes Here's a link to that car

Thanks for the GrandSport photo link. That car is gorgeous. Whenever you make the cruise watch for either one of these vehicles.

The Buick will have nice paint the next time its out to the cruise night though.

The guy did admit he kinda likes red...while we were there he started the GS replica and revved it a few times...I've never seen so many men have to wipe the drool off their chins. There is something enticing about open exhaust/side pipes combo..kinda like cleavage on a woman.

Nice Skylark! That was another option when we were looking for a convertible. I wish our paint was that good. Ours is a 20ft paint job.

You got it right TRC51, I have asked myself that many times over ...??? and at the same time, I keep dreaming and it keeps me going ...

It is always nice though to see that there are a few "lucky ones" out there keeping these beauties in top shape and enjoying them. Planning on doing it myself real soon ...
