As you may or may not know, some tool brands like Stahlwille is almost half as much ordering from Germany.

I placed my order from Mister Worker on the 21st, 4 business days ago.

It said to wait some time due to Covid, acceptable.

I thought it would take 2-3 weeks, which is usually how long its taken me to order things from outside the US.

Imagine my surprise when UPS knocked on my door!

They SHIPPED them on the 25th, from their warehouse in Italy, and I already received them today!

I didn't even pay for the expensive shipping, just "UPS Saver".

Great to know !
I have thought about ordering some USAG stuff from them but the shipping costs killed the deal for me.
I will just buy any USAG stuff I want from member UltGar.

Never heard of Mr. Worker so I had a good old look see...euros 31 for the tool and 16 for the shipping (let me do some math). 47 euros total or a conversion today for a grand total of $55.53 for one pair of German vise grips.

That's a tough one... I think I will pass on Mr. Worker.

They have different levels of shipping now? When I ordered from them the only option was DHL.

Did Oops try to ding you for “brokerage fees” or such nonsense after the fact? They and FedEx are terrible that way. DHL is more ethical.

I was sweating as I waited for many weeks trying to contact them by email and Facebook messenger as I never got tracking info. I was about to have paypal stop payment as they never replied to me. They said they had warehouse / IT issues and apologized. They finally shipped the items, ups and about 4 days to California. Box was double boxed and plastic strapped and all arrived perfectly. I didn’t pay duty and would order from them again but I did really have a bumpy, poor experience about a month ago. Additionally the more you spend the larger the discount. I ordered hundreds of dollars so the higher shipping cost was absorbed, 1 set of sockets wouldn’t make sense.

All of Europe has major shipping delays due to COVID.
I have multiple packages from Germany that have been returned to sender because the Luftpost is totally backlogged with cargo and airmail and can’t even store it.

I've ordered many items from Mister Worker. Up until my last order, everything transpired well. I've even ordered a Stahlwille rolling cabinet from them where I wired money (yikes) and it showed up undamaged, in perfect condition. My last order on 6/30 has been promised many times, but has not been delivered. I'm afraid I'm going to have to cancel and wait and see how things progress.

I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I'm not going to let them site on my dollars to figure out the situation. If you say you're going to ship, then ship!

I've had great service from MW, don't want them to go away at all, but also don't want to pour money down the drain.
