Has anyone ordered from "Mister Worker". I was considering a set of Facom reversible ratchet wrenches and wasn't familiar with this company.

Yep, they can be fairly slow/unresponsive on customer service but have eventually fixed any issues I've had. Would buy there again.

I have ordered from them several times, customer service was good, but they were a bit slow to ship the orders.

Check the prices on an equivalent USAG set, might save a little more.

Mister Worker is legit.

Saw blades a couple of months ago. Communication was weak but there. Started to get nervous as my previous experience with Axminster out of the UK was stellar, as in 3 or 4 days. I got the blades and in perfect condition but it took two months.

They are a real vendor, I believe based out of Italy. They respond to questions by email generally within a day or two (not counting weekends) and their staff seem nice.

Some things might not be available or ship right away but they are very clear about quoting dates before you purchase which is great. They run periodic 10-20% sales on different brands, for example one month will be Hazet specials, the next Usag, etc.

I ordered a Hazet assistent from them a while back since they had the lowest price during a sale. The box got a bit roughed up by DHL and was ripped open for "inspection" and sort of taped back up.

When I picked it up from DHL, all of the hand tools were rattling around loose around the cart with no padding or other packing material. So either DHL managed to unpack it and ditch every scrap of padding (unlikely but not impossible) or Mister Worker's packing team just didn't care. Surprisingly the cart was barely scratched and everything else was ok (minus one missing socket), so I didnt complain because it wouldn't have been worth the return postage.

Would not order there again. Had a really bad customer "service" experience last year with them.

Yup. I bought a boatload of Knipex stuff last year when they had a big sale. Everything arrived as expected. It did take an unusually long time for the order to be dispatched, but it all got to me.

I have ordered from them, they ship out of Milan.

It's where I go for German tools I can't find on Amazon.

Some German tools are dispatched from UK Amazon for the same price as Mister Worker but without shipping costs.

I've ordered from them twice. Both times I got my tools in around a week. My latest set of Facom showed up in 6 days via FedEx. I have never called or emailed with questions so I can't comment on customer service.

I have used them for a few years now and are generally good. However like others have said last year I had a 3 month wait for some Kukko pullers. Not sure if its particularly a problem with Mister Worker, or German industry in general. Lack of energy can have an impact on a countries industry......
