Any here have input on MIT Tools?
I went to a store the other day and that pretty much all they had. Some tools seemed well built and others...well not so much.

They are less expensive that Craftsman, but not as cheap as Harbor Freight or the ITT tools you see in your Supermarket/hardware store.

Do you mean IIT instead of ITT? Illinois Industrial Tools?

Just wondering because a few years ago I bought an IIT creeper at the swap meet at a Super Chevy show. It works fine and I have no complaints about it. I’ve never heard of IIT before or since that purchase nor have I seen it mentioned on this site.
Probably because my local supermarket does not carry tools, although they do have anti-freeze and oil at outrageous prices.

Just a few miles north of Lapeer.
OMG... I actually know where that is, lol! If youget over to Lapeer, check out Sam and Jake's Tools. It's just north of Lapeer on the main drag out. They have a lot of MIT and other better quality Taiwanese imports (Grey Pneumatic, Sunex, etc) as well as some limited Armstrong. Oh, and Makita stuff too, IIRC. Kinda neat place, just watch what you buy.

I went there( Sam & Jakes) today as a matter of fact and bought some Hanson socket trays. $12.95 for 1/2" drive trays.
