Like others said, prioritize your needs. How long are the board you typically cut (say, 90% of the time), how mobile do you need the set up to be, any stairs or truck beds involved?
I started with a Bosch T4B and quickly found it cumbersome to move to my walk down basement and up to the garage. It was both bulky and heavy. I went the other direction and got a small light 10" saw and just set it on a black and decker workmate when I need it. I have removable 4 ft wings that attach to the miter saw on either side with a swing out leg when I need extra support, but mostly they aren't attached. And I have Rockwell jawstands for extra support if I'm dealing with 16ft trim boards. It's light, compact and modular allowing me to set up only what I need when I need it. With rare exception, I'll use it in the garage, basement or outside and that's it. All for personal use. The workmate and jawstands are used for other purposes as well, not strictly dedicated for the miter saw.
