The cheap **** one from Menards works great and is very small and light. I use it for a 10 inch slider. Anything bigger and you would a more heavy duty piece.

Brand- Tool Shop- Price $30

DeWalt DWX-726. The collapsible feature and the wheels make it the best choice.

Got mine for about $180 (with a coupon) and free shipping from Acme Tools.

I have the Ridgid miter saw utility vehicle. It takes up a lot of space open, but the extendable supports are great. For storage it takes up less space than the saw itself sitting on the ground.

My table saw is on a similar gravity type stand. They're great for setting up temporary shop and storing out of the way when not needed.

Build one out of a single 4x8 of 1/2" birch plywood.

A lot depends on where you're going to be using it most of the time. Indoors we use a Keter Work table along with a small stepladder as an extension support. Both the table and the ladder provide for other uses and when folded take up little room..

If you need something for mainly outside I'd go with one of the many folding stands with the built-in out-feed supports.

As the others said ... What you need will depend on how and where you are using it.

Ive been looking at the fold up ones from various suppliers,

.... but Ive been content using a 2ft square, metal photocopier cabinet, that needs a bit more height, and better wheels.

Other times I just do something like this
... but it might not be as, space saving, as you're looking for .. :D
