Mitt Romney's "garage elevator".

There is a story out that is getting a huge amount of media coverage about Mitt Romney having a "garage elevator" installed in the house he is rebuilding. I just watched Wolf Blitzer cover it on CNN. It is amazing how the media will bash Mitt Romney no matter what he does. The story is being reported as another example of Romney the rich guy, being out of touch with ordinary people because only a millionaire could afford a "garage elevator". I think the reporting shows the media is out of touch with regular Americans, they don't even know what a car lift is. If they browsed this board they would see many "average Joes" have garage elevators only we call them car lifts.

His garage elevator is not a garage lift,......it's more like an elevator...like the elevator in "Fast and the Furious, Tokyo Drift".

And if you'll read the article, he's spending more than one half of the average joe's salary for a year just for lobbyists to get the plans through city hall. Yeah, just an average american...

He's putting people to work, not doin it himself and being cheap. Wealthy people SPEND money and create jobs. Nuff said before I get pissed off.
