Cornwell PB-5 “Lady Foot” Pry Bar, 15-1/2" long, very good condition, refinished black oxide. $16 SOLD to furbis

J.H. Williams #474 2-4-3/4" Hook Spanner Wrench, end of handle is severely peened from hammering on it. It still works fine. Refinished black oxide. $12 SOLD to Uncle Buck

If I'm not mistaken, that magnetic base is an indicator holder for measuring runout on a machined part without taking the part out of the lathe.

As wyndycity said, a mag base is typically used to hold a dial indicator. It can be used to measure runout on a part in the machine or between bench centers. It can be set up with an indicator to do comparative height measurements. It can be used with a travel indicator to measure longitudinal feed on a manual lathe.
